PHASES OF AN ORDER:
Whether your project calls for custom imprinted t-shirts,
embroidered golf shirts or sports bottles for fundraisers, obtaining a quote is
usually the first place to start.
Once you have reviewed the quote and decided to go with
Teamwork Graphics, the next phase is placing your order. Once you place your
order with us, we in turn order your goods and artwork. When the artwork is
finished, you will be notified to approve the artwork. Once the artwork is
approved by you, the next phase begins - printing process.
If your order is for t-shirts, jackets, or any wearable, the
screens are prepared and setup on the press. The ink is applied to the screens
and the garment is placed on the printing pallet. The squeegee is used to apply
the ink through the screen on to the garment. The garment is then removed from
the pallet and placed on a conveyer belt, which moves through the dryer at
about 320º curing the print for a long lasting impression.
The last phase is when your order is boxed-up and ready for
you.You will be informed that your order is complete and ready for direct
shipping, or pick-up whichever you choose. You will then be invoiced for your
order.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT T-SHIRTS
- They come in a wide variety of colors
- They come in 50/50 poly/cotton and 100% cotton-T's
- There are different qualities at different prices
- They come in sizes from infant to 4XL
- XXL and larger typically cost more than adult S-XL
- Youth sizes generally cost less than adult sizes
- They are, unfortunately, not always available in the
style, size or color you wish
- Even though it says pre-shrunk on some 100% cotton-T's,
they may still shrink
- Shirts are priced by color: whites (the least), lights,
darks (the most expensive)
- It usually costs more to print on dark shirts
- 50/50 T's are typically priced less than 100%
cotton-T's
- The more you buy the less you pay per item
ARTWORK INFO
Artwork is obviously an important part of getting something
decorated. We pride ourselves on our state of the art graphics department.
Computer or hand rendering and illustration done by Teamwork Graphics will be
invoiced at $40.00 an hour. Most art can be completed in one hour or less.
There will be no charge for artwork if your design is stock fonts and/or clip
art. You give us your concept and we will turn it into reality.
SCREEN CHARGES
When screen printing, the image needs to be burned onto a
screen in order to get it on the garment you want. For each color in your
design you will have one screen. Screens are typically $20.00 each.
For multiple color orders the first order will incur color
separation charges of $10.00 per color minus the first color. (For example: a
four color design will be charged $30.00 separation fee, in addition to the
$80.00 setup charges.) When you order a second time with the same design you
will incur only a reorder set-up charge of $10.00 per color.
TERMS
All orders require 50% deposit upon ordering and the
remainder is C.O.D. unless other terms are made. We accept cash, checks,
money orders, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. |
