Once you have made the excellent decision to go with us, we will make sure you are well informed as we take your order through the different stages of production. The first stage is the "Order Confirmation" where you will be asked to review & confirm your order and costs. The second stage is the "Design Approval" where you will be asked to carefully proofread and approve final design.
When all approvals are met, the order is released to be produced.
After final inspection for quality and quantity, you will be notified of order completion via email or phone, whichever you prefer.
Artwork
We pride ourselves on our state of the art graphics department. We can work with designs you provide or create custom artwork from scratch. The possibilities are endless when you work with the creative team at Teamwork Graphics, Inc.
Computer or hand illustrations done by Teamwork Graphics will be invoiced at $40.00 an hour. Most art can be completed in one hour or less. There will be no charge for artwork if your design is stock fonts and/or clip art.
Acceptable files are: Illustrator 9.0 or lower, Photoshop 7.0 or lower, or vector artwork saved in PDF form.
Screen Charges
When screen printing, the image needs to be burned onto a screen in order to print and process your garments. For each color in your design there will be one screen. Screens are $25.00 per color for a new order, when reordering you will incur only a reorder set-up charge of $10.00 per color.
Separation Charges
Because we have to create different films for each color, our graphic artist must take the time to separate each color to add either spreading or trapping for color alignment. Therefore it is necessary to charge separation charges for multiple color designs.
The initial order will require a color separation charge of $10.00 per color. For example: a four color design will be charged $30.00 in separation fees, in addition to the $100.00 setup fee (as stated above in screen charges). Once separations are created, no future separation charges will apply upon reordering the same design.
High School Class Shirts
Names that are to be type-set should be supplied via Microsoft Word. If names will be handwritten, we can supply a design template for the signatures. All signatures must be written in black ink only. Setup charge for class shirts is $35.00 per color.
