QUOTATION
A quotation is valid for 30 days after which it is subject to re-evaluation

PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time is approximately seven (7) working days from receipt of all approvals.  Seasonal fluctuations and size of order might effect production time.  Production time begins the day after your order is considered production ready. 

We consider an order “production ready” when we receive the following:

- Order Confirmation Approval of items ordered, sizes, imprint color and costs
- Pre-Payment Deposit
- Artwork Approval

PROOFS
Each job with new artwork will be placed on hold until the art proof is signed and approved.  It is the customer’s responsibility to be sure the information contained within the proof is correct such as size of design, ink color, content, placement and spelling.  If a revised proof is desired, customer is given one revision at no charge; each additional revision will be billed as an artwork charge at $10.00 per revision.
Extra charges may incur if a design once approved is then recalled for further editing.

DELIVERY
Orders may be picked up at our shop location during normal business hours 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or other arrangements may be made with us upon special requests.  Out of town clients will be billed for freight charges at current rates to customers’ address.   

TERMS
All orders require a deposit at time of order with balance due upon completion.  Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are approved cards.  We also accept personal and company checks, money orders, cashiers checks and cash. Any check returned for insuffient funds will be charged $25.00.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Teamwork Graphics shall be entitled to full reimbursement for any costs already incurred, including artwork charges and/or restocking fees for returned merchandise.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS
All items are carefully inspected and counted before and after printing.  To prevent any claims of shortage, we encourage you to inspect and count your order before leaving the shop.  Otherwise, you have within 24 hours after receipt of order, and before distribution, to make any claim of shortage.

AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with Teamwork Graphics, you agree to the said terms and conditions of Teamwork Graphics, Inc.
