Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum pieces for imprinted apparel?

We will do an order as small as 12 pieces per design (must be same design & size of design) however, there may be some restrictions on number of ink colors in the design. We recommend printing at least 48 for best value. The more you buy the lower the per piece price.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time is approximately 10 business days. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts once all approvals and deposit/prepayment are received. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order. A rush fee may be charged if we can accommodate the in-hands date sooner than 10 working days.

Can I bring in my own supplied Apparel to print on?

We apologize, but NO. Customer supplied items are not accepted.
We prefer to source all of our goods ourselves, both to ensure our customers receive the highest quality items and to make sure we are using the right inks and drying/curing technique for the garments. There are many variables in the printing process and we stand proudly by our work.

Can I mix and match shirt & ink colors?

Yes. Different shirt colors are perfectly fine, as long as the shirt material and ink colors are the same. If we need to change ink colors during the run of your job, additional fees will apply.

Can I mix shirt sizes?

You may order as many different shirt sizes as you want. We require a minimum of 12 shirts per design (and size of design). Please note that depending on your design you may need two different size screens (one for youth or toddler sizes and one for adult sizes) and you will be required to order least 12 pieces per screen size.

I'm missing a few shirts, what happened?

All orders can have up to 3% under run (industry standard). Some shirts could be damaged during printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. We always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is an issue with your order we will contact you before completion.

How do I submit art or can you do art for me?
