WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR IMPRINTED APPAREL?
We will do an order as small as 12 pieces per design (must be same design & size of design) however, there may be some restrictions on number of ink colors in the design. We recommend printing at least 48 for best value. The more you order lowers the unit cost.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Standard turnaround time is approximately 10 business days. TURNAROUND TIME IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE AND NOT GUARANTEED. If you have an in-hands need date, please include this information before placing order to be sure it's possible.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN SUPPLIED APPAREL TO PRINT ON?
Customer supplied items are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience but we prefer to source all of our goods ourselves, both to ensure our customers receive the highest quality items and to make sure we are using the right inks and drying/curing technique for the garments. There are many variables in the printing process and we stand proudly by our work.
CAN I MIX AND MATCH SHIRT & INK COLORS?
Yes. Different shirt colors are perfectly fine, as long as the shirt material and ink colors are the same. If we need to change ink colors during the run of your job, additional fees will apply.
CAN I MIX SHIRT SIZES?
You may order as many different shirt sizes as you want. We require a minimum of 12 shirts per design (and size of design). Please note that depending on your design you may need two different size screens (one for youth or toddler sizes and one for adult sizes) and you will be required to order least 12 pieces per screen size.
HOW DO I SUBMIT ART OR CAN YOU DO ART FOR ME?
Yes, we have an in-house Graphic Artist that will be happy to create a design for your printed apparel or promotional items. Custom designs and extensive art time is billable at $50.00 per hour and will be invoiced accordingly. We are happy to quote you if you let us know what you're interested
in having us design. Supplied art files must be a Vector File or 300 dpi Raster Image. Preferred file types are .CDR, .EPS, .AI and .PDF.
