Standard production time is approximately 10-15 working days for screen printing, 15 working days for embroidery and 12-15 working days for promotional products.  Production time begins the day after receipt of all approvals and deposit/prepayment.
Seasonal fluctuations and complexity of order may affect production time.
We consider an order "production ready" when we receive:  
Work Order Confirmation Approval, Prepayment/Deposit & Artwork Approval


Payment via cash or check requires 50% deposit upon placing the order with final payment upon completion.  Any check returned for insufficient funds will be charged $25.00.  When ordering for groups, make ONE check payable to Teamwork Graphics, Inc. 

Payment via credit card requires payment in full at time of order.  There is a 4% convenience charge on all credit card orders.  


All items are carefully inspected and counted before and after production.  To prevent any claims of shortage/damage, we encourage you to inspect and count your order before leaving the shop.  Otherwise, you have within 24 hours after receipt of order, and before distribution, to make any claim of shortage/damage.  NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.


It is the customer's responsibility to be sure the information contained within each work order confirmation and art proof is correct.

Please understand: Teamwork Graphics, Inc. is not liable if an error undiscovered during proofing is found after the order is processed.


Orders may be picked up at our shop location Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm or by appointment after hours.

Shipping options available and billed at current rates.


Cancelations must be submitted in writing.  Teamwork Graphics, Inc. shall be entitled to full reimbursement for any costs already incurred, including order cancellation fee of $20.00 in addition to artwork charges and/or restocking fees for returned merchandise.

artwork guidelines

- ADOBE PHOTOSHOP -  .psd 300 dpi+

Please leave all artwork in layers, outline or rasterize your fonts and use desired Pantone colors.
Submit art files
to your intended print size. 

NOTE:  We require either a firm visual concept (no hand drawings or long written descriptions) per print location or supplied vector artwork.  If you cannot provide the first option above please find a Graphic Artist or Ad Agency to create vector artwork (any digital art made with vector illustration software like Adobe Illustrator).  Be sure to communicate to the artist the item color, ink color, etc. so the design is created properly for screen printing/embroidery/promotional product. 



COMPUTER OR HAND ILLUSTRATIONS designed byTeamwork Graphics, Inc. will be invoiced at $50.00 per hour.


A virtual art proof will be emailed for each NEW order at no charge. 
If a revised proof is desired, customer is given one simple revision at no charge.  Complex revisions may require an art fee.

If an approved design is recalled for further editing, extra charges will incur.
